Oy

I don't know if I have already posted about Spanish, but I am taking Spanish I right now.  It's a 5-1/2 week course and it is pretty great.  I don't think I could ever learn a language without being totally immersed in it.  It starts at 8:00 every weekday morning and goes until 10:30.  So, it's pretty long and early.
I was working the other day and a gentleman that I was helping said he is a recruiter for a financial supply firm and took my phone number.  Now he called and I am going to call him back to meet for coffee or something.  I am really hoping this is not some kind of scam.  That would totally ruin the whole ego boost this gave me.  I'm worried that he's some kind of pyramid scheme douche, but he didn't seem odd or too pushy.  So we'll see.
I just got back from the first part of a weekend intensive workshop for Production Assistants at Austin Film Society.  After tomorrow, I will be certified by Texas Film Commission to be a P.A. and be put in their directory.  So that's cool.  I want to find P.A. work I can do for free first, but part-time so I can, you know, survive.

We'll See.

Can I put in a word for Esperanto, as well.

I say this not only because it has become a living language, but because it has propadeutic values as well. It actually helps the learning of other languages.
